The following Terms & Conditions will apply when making your Christmas Function bookings:

1. Down-Payment: 10% down-payment is required to confirm your reservation.
Payments made via Credit Card will be accepted over the telephone or in person.

2. Cancellation Policy: Your 10% down-payment will be subject to a 7 day cancellation policy cancelled more than 7 days before the event will result in a refund of your down-payment.
Any cancellations made below 7 days will result in your down-payment being forfeited.

3. Reservation Changes: Changes to the number of guests in your party can be made up to 7 days before the event.
Any changes made to the number of guests under the 7 day time-frame will result in you being billed for the original number of persons booked.
